Yes, really. After a four year hiatus, I’ve decided to start blogging again. And I still hate that word.

But this is hardly “again”, to be honest. Much closer to a fresh start than a continuation. Entirely different motives, actions and reoccurring characters. Preferably a lower ratio of self-loathing to shared successes also.

I was always bothered by the idea of leaving a blog hanging at one domain and then starting again somewhere else, but this will mark the third time I’ve done so in my personal life. I should probably get over it.

More than anything, I need a place to document my cooking and eating so I don’t get complacent. This seems like a reasonable fit for the time being.
